I have severe labrum tears in each shoulder. Also severe degenerative disc disease in neck and spine. Arthritis every where. Herniated disks, both knees have multiple surgeries, ginormous trigger points in neck, traps, scapula, blah, blah, blah. Twenty-three years in the Army took a toll.
