The ladies here are super helpful and kind. They make sure you leave feeling better than when you walked in! I did compression treatment and cold plunge. If I lived here, I'd definitely be a regular. Come back them out!
I can't say enough good things about my experiences here at Bioworks Alamo Heights. The staff is so kind and accommodating. Using their cold plunge on a regular basis has helped calm my nerves system, in addition to improving my recovery time after long runs.
Absolutely amazing experience. This place is a hidden gem for anyone who is looking to boost their wellness and recovery. I have tried is all here, the IV therapy, Sauna, Cold plunge, Cryotherapy and compression therapy. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming.
