The minute I walked in the door I was greeted with the most amazing customer service. After feeling somewhat nervous about my upcoming treatments, I was instantly put at ease. They are really difficult to get a hold of :( I've called them numerous times and they have never picked up (they have called me back though). After treatment I did 2 aftercare treatments but were unable to finish the remaining 2 aftercare treatments because they never replied and I couldn't get through to them. Plus there has been no results at all and I found the treatment painful. Not worth it in my opinion and won't be back.

I have had several rounds of Cryo therapy at the St Leonards Clinic. I found that each time I had quite good reduction in the area and noticed that my skin tone and texture improved with the acoustic sessions - and that was without making any major lifestyle changes! I would definitely recommend this treatment if you have stubborn areas that don't seem to move with exercise, especially if you are time challenged and want to see results in a good time frame!

I tried the cryo sauna for the first time and i felt amazing after the treatment. The place is clean and the staff was very friendly and yet professional. I definitely will be back for more treatments.
