The person answering the phone clearly wants the business to shut down bc I received 0 hero as I was trying to set up an appointment. We are closed wad the answer when I asked what time I could come in on Wednesday (website says they are open), that's after asking about every day of the week btw. Very unprofessional and rude! Showed up early for my full body cryo just to be ignored and made to wait over an hour to be told i could not be seen. Worst experience ever.
Came here last week 1st time and the experience was positive. Their cryo machine is very cold and works good, just comparing to other places who try to save on sessions. Def coming back.
I was physically assaulted by the head doctor of the clinic after they refused to accept me to therapy at my appointment time …when asked for a refund I was told to leave and pushed to the floor by the owner
