This was my first visit to Cryo-X, and I was incredibly impressed! The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. *Amazing follow-up experience* Updating my review from 3 stars to 5. I came back for two complimentary sessions and loved both the BrainTap and Pulse Therapy. The staff explained everything, gave me a tour (the facility has tons of cool wellness options!) and really made sure I had a positive experience. Justine was great in my first session. I told her about the areas I want to treat and she talked me through what was best for my face and how we were going to treat them. She also followed up with me 2 weeks after treatment. She found time for me to come in the next day to evaluate and retreat one of my muscles that was stronger than expected. I’m really happy with my results and the attention Justine gave to me and my service.
I saw Brooklyn for my dysport and she was very knowledgeable and sweet. She listened to me when I was explaining what I was looking for. I like a more natural look, not “frozen” and she did such a great job. She asked all the right questions to ensure she gave me what I wanted. 2 weeks later and I’m very happy! Brooklyn will not let you down!
The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. they owner who performed my B12 injection made me feel comfortable. I look forward to seeing the results. The sauna was the perfect. It was private, comfortable, and relaxing. The cold eucalyptus towels were a nice touch. I highly recommend to anyone looking to invest in their health and well-being. I’ll definitely be returning!
