I had a great experience at Cryo X today! I tried to do the red light therapy and the hyperbaric chamber to help me heal faster from my mommy makeover that I had two weeks ago! I could already see progress with my incisions! Excited to come back for a speedy recovery! Also shout out to the ladies upfront, who helped me in and out of the beds due to my limited mobility! I feel so extremely relaxed and am in love with Cryo-X! I recently did a lymphatic massage. Today I tried the compression therapy, which was complimentary by Corpreale because they were running a little behind schedule, and a 30 minute pulse.
