I am a big fan of Cryo-X. I returned to them during heavy athletic training for inflammation and recovery and learned they'd grown to now offer PEMF, Red light therapy, Infrared Sauna, Salt therapy, lymphatic services, injections/IV/vitamin therapy, and some beauty services. Cryo-X has a clean facility and friendly staff that are knowledgeable to help get you started on your wellness journey utilizing Cryotherapy, light pod therapy, salt therapy, and the sauna. Nothing like a good sweat detox to cleanse the body.
Alicia and her staff are so kind and helpful. My first experience with cryo therapy was excellent. I’m a baby and I hate the cold. Her staff stood in the room and talked to me throughout the three minutes and made it a breeze. I also tried pulse therapy and was absolutely baffled. It attacked my problem areas immediately and I left feeling so much better than when I came in. The sanctuary room was also amazing. Took my son in to Cryo X for pulse therapy, light pod therapy and cryo therapy after he fractured his back in a car accident. The staff there are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and so sweet. He is looking forward to his upcoming sessions to continue healing.
I have been going to Cyro-X for about 6 months for self care and each time I feel like a renewed person. Typically I combine the full body Cyro freeze with the sauna however I have been adding in compression with oxygen and feel the ultimate relaxation. I have recently tried the lymphatic massage and salt room and can’t wait until my next session.
