I've been here multiple times for cryo and my experience has always been good but then there's the time that it wasnt and made me post this review, which is the reason for 3 stars - good and bad. If someone makes an appointment, its expected that someone is there at the time of booking, not for the place to be locked up with no sign to say...I dont know, 'back in 10'.
