I took my son to Cryo after an accident and we have been so happy with the service and most importantly the results to help get him back to 100%
Back in Sydney briefly and this was a first stop. Fantastic results every time. Dimple is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I would not go anywhere else.

I tried the local and lymphatic drainage treatments at CRYO Northern Beaches and it was awesome—I felt totally refreshed and well taken care of. The team was super friendly and the vibe is just perfect for a quick boost of energy!
I've used ice baths and cryo therapy regularly in the past so am quite accustomed to the cold experience but can honestly say I was blown away by the sophisticated technology of CRYO freshwater and the whole experience. The staff are amazing and super knowledgeable and the ability to listen to music while being totally immersed in the cold experience was definitely new to me. Felt awesome afterwards and can't wait to make this a regular weekly part of my daily life.
