Don’t know where to start with this place, but they have by far the friendliest/nicest staff I’ve ever met from any FST place I’ve gone to. The nicest one is in the picture/video posted lol, that staff member is EXTREMELY well behaved and beyond nice lol. I’ve only ever had positive experiences here & will 100% continue coming here for as long as I need help. Their cryotherapy also is really nice & seems like it’s helping a lot! This local business is amazing. Manny does an excellent job providing Cryo Therapy and providing key tips on nutrition, recovery and exercise training. Being a frequent customer has improved my overall health go forward. A must visit to all.
I have arthritis and see Manny for cryo and stretch therapy. Great combo of services not only for arthritis; but overall health in general. Knowledgeable guy. Highly recommend.
