First time trying their Red Light therapy bed and heat sauna, place is great, clean, calm and Alex was really great. She explained how everything works and was very professional. I will update later how the red light therapy works.

Dustin and Turner are gracious and knowledgeable. I appreciate their engaging friendliness and willingness to explain the process and offerings for my wellness goals. Today was my second visit and I experienced both the red light therapy and infrared sauna. A great combination to try out. I am glad I stumbled upon their facilities. AND I began to binge a series on Netflix whilst in the sauna. To be continued . . .
