We were greeted warmly when we arrived. Started with 15min of red light therapy, followed by 40min in the sauna with Netflix to watch and ended with Intermediate level, 3min in the Cryo chamber. It was a wonderful experience all around! Had to come back the next day and will continue to!
Awesome! Definitely a go to for health. I enjoyed doing infared sauna then CRYO.

First time trying their Red Light therapy bed and heat sauna, place is great, clean, calm and Alex was really great. She explained how everything works and was very professional. I will update later how the red light therapy works.
