If you're even considering giving cryo a try: DO IT. Jared's so incredibly helpful. You'll leave feeling significantly better than when you came in. I was scared to try the full body cryo for the first few months... I hate the cold. I have neuropathy, and cold weather exacerbates my symptoms, but this is 100% a different kind of cold. Now I do it as often as possible, in addition to red light therapy, sauna, and compression therapy. It's definitely not just for athletes in need of recovery, it's for everyone.
I suffer from chronic pain after a workout injury, and this place has a variety of the best medical grade equipment for pain relief. Believe me, I have done my research and know the good brands. Customer service is also exceptional, and the prices are affordable. I highly recommend Cryo Den!
I would highly recommend Cryo Den. Jared genuinely cares about people. We brought a basketball team in and he took care of their individual needs. We will be back.
