Sadly I had a bad experience. Cryo was fine but the front desk person was very rude. I wanted to like this place because it's close to my house. If I go again, because I'm in constant pain, and this person isn't there I will change this. I saw the high rating and I believe that for the cryo is good but the attitude of some of the staff (1 person that was there) needs improvement. I don't need you to apologize here, I will come in one day and Ill change this review if your staff's attitude is better.
The treatment I received was great, but all of the knowledge and explanations that was explained to me while I was receiving the treatment is what made the experience a 10. Very good 1st impression on my 1st time visiting.
This place is absolutely amazing. Chandra not only offers great service but also great knowledge. For only 6 ClassPass credits, you get a 3 minute cryotherapy AND 30 minutes of boot compression FOR FREE! What a steal! They even sell ENERGYBITS. If you know, you know. What an excellent product to sell. I’ll be coming back here tomorrow!
They take great care of us. My daughter is a gymnast and after we left cryoboost she couldn’t believe how relaxed her legs were.
Casey made us feel so welcome and was very informative. He knows his stuff. Treatments worked amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone who struggles with back pain or soreness.
