I've had 3 sessions at Cryo Aesthetics & Body Sculpting the results are amazing. The sauna has red light thepary and salt thepary Ive had 3 sauna sessions and 2 pod treatments. The aches and pains from my fall are gone. It's like I'm in a new body. A+ goes to staff knowledge and equipment being sterilized. I give 5 stars and definitely recommend this spa.

Great experience! Warm and inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, and really enjoyed the Cocoon Fitness Pod. Next visit the Infrared Sauna!
We had an opportunity to try out the cocoon fitness pod and wow oh wow it works amazing! Since I do hard labor, the pod helped to relax me and provide fast muscle recovery.
