BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Venessa and Veronica are the nicest people you will meet. Both of them are so welcoming and eager to help the moment you walk through the door. We had major delays with our 2023 Tax return that we filed ourself with HR Block and they help us get everything fixed ASAP. We received our refund very soon after. got an initial consultation. brought all of my documents. i made at least 4 calls to the office with no response. not a good experience. ***answer to company*** I called and spoke to whoever answered the phone. It sounded like she was asleep. I even spoke to Mayra and she said "i'm with a client I will call you back." I received no phone calls, no updates, nothing. I went well before tax deadline. I went to her on a recommendation from a coworker and i did not get very good service.
