why offer a shipping service you can’t fulfill within the timeframe you specify? we had a shipping “appointment” on a specific day within a specific timeframe. they were more than 2 HOURS late. mind you the timeframe they offered was between 10am and 3pm!!! when i called, the lady had very passive aggressive attitude and made it seem like it was my fault. mind you i had to pay extra for this service and definitely was not worth it. would not recommend for any future shipping services. “helped” by marisol. unprofessional serv... read more
