Very helpful and pleasant staff. The service is superb. Can't say enough good things about my experience with these fine folks.
I got my hearing aids this past May from Cruz Hearing. They tested my hearing loss and explained my options. They then fitted me with a great pair of hearing aids that have helped me tremendously. Their service is fantastic, and they explain everything so well. I worked with Felix, and he is an expert in this industry. I highly recommend this company!
Jon Checked the condition of my ear with visual technology. We had a discussion about my hearing and hearing aids. My ears did not need cleaning and my ear drums looked good. As I was leaving I took my wallet out to pay. Cathy, behind the counter said "no charge." What! No charge? I told Jon I would be interested in improving my hearing with a hearing aid.
