I was referred to Crumiller by another labor attorney who said Crumiller would do a better job. Bless her heart for the recommendation. I did not realize how exhausting and emotional a process it would be to confront not just the racism and gender discrimination I knew about, but the internal emails and texts that came out in discovery. My take on Susan Crumiller P.C. and team: This place is a total waste of time. I've had the same experience with this firm as the previous reviewer, almost verbatim. They tend to lead potential clients on, requesting documentation, information, which leads to naught. Her publicity appears to be a game. One of the worst employment law firms around. Please do not ever be fooled by her publicity. She knows what the masses want to hear & has mastered the art of building a great public image. Her intake is rigorous. I submitted lots of documents and thought she probably did that because she truly cared and wanted to understand someone’s story better.
