Cruise line issued credits for cancelled dates. Called cruise line in June and was told credit was issued in May. Only to find out credit was issued to their credit card..not mine. Called and asked why they haven't credited my card. Was told it would be completed that day (june 29th) Now still waiting and NO credit. Staff will tell you what you want to hear with no results. Do not recommend find a different agency.

Redtag has refused to offer us the same ability as other travel agencies in adjusting our booking. On top of that, they accidentally cancelled our booking once, acknowledged that they did, and rebooked it at a higher rate than the actual rate that was being offered that day. Their representatives have been rude and blatantly ignorant on the phone, specifically saying at one point "if you could get that through your head" We spent hours on the phone on hold, to be told we had 20 minutes to make a decision on our booking, and ... read more
