We booked a Viking cruise thru these people. As part of the booking we were given a vouture for a $400 on board credit. When it cam time to use the credit they said they couldn't at that time and would send a check to us for the $400 instead. They then used excuses as to why yhe check had not been sent and now they don't even return emails. I have written to Viking abou this.

Good Company. Family Owned and easy to use website !
NO personalization or customer service. Their only communication is via email. My 10 year anniversary cruise booked a year and a half in advance was cancelled! I learned a really hard lesson. I was devastated.
