They will not answer the phone or return a call. If you call Royal Caribbean or Carnival and they answer. There customer service is awful. They should be ashamed. I booked a few cruises with them and I am cancelling them all. I will book with another agency. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!!
SMH, I can't believe I trusted this company with almost $15,000 in business over the past 10 months! After doing my "due diligence," I learned that dealing Cruise.com was REPORTEDLY easy. But, since I started using their services, I've INCREASINGLY found that 1) you can NEVER deal with the same associates (mostly because they usually don't answer their phones or return calls) and 2) NO ONE EVER picks up the phone when time is of the essence! I booked a cruise for my parents with Cruise.com and it was incredibly easy. We also did some comparison shopping and ended up getting a great deal by booking on Cruise.com. This was a bucket-list item for my dad before he passed and, I have to say, I could be happier that I was able to do this for them. They had an absolute blast.

Booked a cruise with Mr. ******** **** of Cruise.com. In fact this was my second time I provided him with my business, nearly $20,000 of business. In short, the room category I booked showed a price decrease of $100 pp. Instead of getting the $200 refund or on-board credit per Silver Seas published guarantee policy, he sent me endless emails telling me I didn't understand, etc.. I bought a cruise in the cabin with a balcony for 2 persons on the MSC Divina ship from February 25, 2018 from the port of Miami (Invoice # XXXXXXX, confirmation # XXXXXXXX). The site indicated that for this cost I will get a cruise + $ 50 on-board credit + free WIFI + free drinks in mealtime. In addition, the seller indicated that it is sufficient to pay a deposit of $ 49. In fact, my card charged the full cost of the cruise. I received prompt, courteous service from Cruise.com. My reservation went flawlessly, I received all the benefits that I was quoted. I called to change a stateroom to a different deck, and it got taken care of quickly and easily.

This company scheduled my flight back home 2 months after the date I was planning to go home. With less than 24 hours of notice had to find flights in order to get home. company said that they would cover flights going home. When I contacted them about the refund for the plane tickets, rules have been applied and ended up paying out of pocket for their mistake. very disappointed with my experience with this company
