My husband and I have been using Tom for close to 20 years. We could not have asked for a better travel agent.He just doesn't book you on cruises, he provides the whole service. First of all, he is candid and honest.Because he knows we are " moderately pretentious" as our daughter calls us, he knows the level of service and amenities we desire.
