They deserve ZERO STARS! Joined the court case against cruise builders who took our $10,500.00 for the cruise thru history with Glenn beck. They won the case and only have to offer another cruise. But try to book that cruise or try to contact them with the web addresses they offer in the court documents. NONE are actual websites. They can not be contacted. We were given 5 days from receiving the courts decision to choose another cruise then to forward your choice to them to a nonworking website. They have ghosted us all for ... read more

I have never left a Google review before. I am a reasonable person and have tried multiple times to contact Latter Day Travel to try to be made whole. However, after having made our payment in full... Latter Day Travel cancelled our trip, promised to refund our money per our contract, and then, promised to refunded our $10,000.000 in 30 days, then STOPPED answering our phone calls and emails. READ THIS. Like all the other GB Cruise Thru History mates, I was extremely dissatisfied with this organization and their "reason" why they could not refund our $$. It wasn’t our fault they couldn't get their money back from all the entities they reserved with. I decided to take the Caribbean cruise from 12/22-1/8 as I expected to be in a new job in 2022 and might not get time off. We also purchased cruise with Glenn Beck and it has now been canceled. CB gives you 2 options, neither one is acceptable. They have taken $$ from many people and not given any type of refund other than a cruise with Costa cruise lines out of Europe. Life has changed in the two years wince we bought this cruise and want a refund. They are not giving any type of acceptable refund other than a voucher to be used within 2 years. I would never use this agency.

Sadly, the Glenn Beck cruise has been "Officially" cancelled. Cruise Builders gives you 2 options. Neither of which is a refund as the claim to have already paid the cruise lines, etc. How do we know if that's even true? And Gee, don't those companies have insurance for just such events? The individual insurance coverage was also cancelled by Cruise Builders. . .one option only. . .a voucher. No refund. Three friends and I booked the cruise package Pacifica Barcelona with CruiseBuilders.com, to travel April 9th - 19th, 2020. Due to the pandemic we were unable to travel . We attempted to get a refund but were told we would only be able to receive a voucher which would expire in a year. There are continued lock-downs and travel to the countries on our itinerary are closed.
