I received an email from costa.de saying that my cruise was cancelled. Anna S took the time to listen, asked for documentation and found a way to resolve it. before getting on google I tried many calls and emails to get the price ADVERTISED ON THE WEBSITE...... at the end of each email or text I still was not honored on their website which was 365.00 with taxes and fees.... no help seems like they zombies or robots
