Kim has been excellent had many issues come up and she has always solved all our problems way and beyond. Our only complaint is that she should be in Calgary
Jason and staff were great to deal with. When booking our cruise he was helpful, prompt and accurate. We would use him and Cruise Vacations again.
Carol Turc has been wonderful on all our Viking River and Mediterranean cruises. Keeping us up to date sending reminders and great travel tip advice!
