Poor customer service experience trying to book a cruise – The worst experience ever in trying to book a cruise using a voucher deal from KGB Deals. The specific person in Customer Service who was supposed to handle this offer never returned the numerous calls I made trying to book a cruise using the deal (well before the voucher expired).
