Extremely disappointed with their customer service. Lack of communication from them to us. Originally verbally we requested Cable Beach Club Resort, we were horrified to arrive at the Oaks at Cable Beach, at no stage were we informed that the Oaks was at Cable Beach the suburb, which you need to hire a taxi to go anywhere with no lunch option.
