Purchased, or at least tried to, directly from the manufacturer. Web site says ships within 24 hours, but shows my order is still processing a week later. I tried calling and emailing multiple times and could not get a response. I had used PayPal and had to request a refund from them, which they did. I’ve heard it’s a good product so I ordered from a third party seller, and I should have it soon.
Ordered one of the cruise mates for my 2012 Heritage Softail. 3 weeks later, my order is still showing as awaiting processing, even though they charged my account on the day that I ordered. I have sent a couple of emails, to no reply. Their customer service phone number is not even in service, and the other posted phone number only rings a few times then connects to a generic voicemail greeting.
