Very disappointed with the customer service I received over the phone. I was referred to Cruise Holidays by a friend who booked their cruise through Cruise Holidays. Because the cruise leaves in the next couple of months I needed to get clarification on whether a passport would be required because of the time constraints and they refused to answer my questions unless I booked with them first.
