George Cohen from their Customer Care Team was very patient & detail with all aspect of our booking with Riviera cruise on the Italian Lakes, Swiss Mountains & Rhine cruise, transfers from airport to hotel & hotel to hotel, he was very careful in reviewing our cruise document to spot the transfers being included, as a result with the help of Michael Dy & Elon Chopra their combined effort we were able to secure all the transfers from Riviera to be included in the total fare.
