Our first cruise was booked through the Cruise Center in 1993 before we even had kids, but we still use them and recommend them 17 years later. Their staff dont try to sell you a cruise. They can tell you what you will experience - which varies by cruiseline and ship. They have been on most of the ships and can answer specific questions. They can tell you where to park at the pier and what to expect for check-in. They will match or beat just about anything you see online and, best of all, theyre local. Ive been on 9 cruises and always booked through online travel companies before. When starting to book my 10th cruise I decided to give the Cruise Center a call after looking at what was available online. They were able to match, or beat, the online prices and knew of certain offers not available online...at the time that I booked.
