Amazing class act service. Ernest is the man!
CRT and more specifically, Ernie, is highly responsive and efficient. Ernie is highly capable of resolving issues with the profoundly confused California Franchise Tax Board (FTB). My wife and I received a notice of unpaid taxes for income she never earned or received. They made the assumption that because she maintains a California Broker's license that she earned something. Ernie got in there at set the record straight quickly. I highly recommend him.
