I used them to ship my motorcycle. Although I had originally contracted through montway, working directly with them over the phone was fantastic. I’ve been a rider for 6 years and having a bike come from California to CT I was very nervous. They got my bike to me in one piece and gave me updates along the way, even came a week early, they give you a 24 hour heads up on pickup and delivery. Efficiency was key with these guys. I've never done business with this company, but I was hit on the highway on i476 in Pennsylvania by their load, I was able to flag down the driver and we pulled off and he said let pull into the gas station and get out of the road, when I pulled in he took off without giving me his information, I won't drop his name here but he knows who he is, very unprofessional.
