Terrible customer service. The driver threw the boxes on the driveway and sped away. He was supposed to deliver in the house. The customer support person was very rude. He did not connect me to the supervisor, said he could not call the concerned driver and refused to divulge his name. I am surprised that IKEA uses a logistics company like this.
CRST seems to be getting a lot of bad reviews from people. Especialy from.custers and people driving on the roads. I recently applied for a.job with them. I have over 30 years of driving experience. It seems like when you get a driver with a lot of experience wanting to drive for you and help you get back on top. It looks like you would take him up on it. Not CRST.
