Terrible company
Never answer phone
I used them to ship my motorcycle. Although I had originally contracted through montway, working directly with them over the phone was fantastic. I’ve been a rider for 6 years and having a bike come from California to CT I was very nervous. They got my bike to me in one piece and gave me updates along the way, even came a week early, they give you a 24 hour heads up on pickup and delivery. Efficiency was key with these guys. Thanks you!!
