Constant rescheduling, very unprofessional drivers. A one star is too generous.
Companies should be mindful of using this company. Extremely Unprofessional. They lied and said that came to my address for delivery and they didn’t. There was no ring at the doorbell… When we called and asked for an explanation the customer service representative was rude and said he couldn’t help and to call Strictube. He then proceeded to say he took pictures of my home and no one was there. I really caution companies to take heed. Structube lost a sale today because of this, and I’m facing a major inconvenience.
