patient came into the hospital 11 /23/ 2024 approximately 3:00 p.m. by ambulance. family called hospital and left number with ER staff.hospital does not communicate with family on status of patient. family was never informed that patient was admitted to the hospital. home care over looked issues that put patient in the hospital. 13 hrs later after family makes a big fuss hospital staff calls to give an update.
