I think the price is a little to high for what we get. The meals are cold.the staff is always there short, the workers are always pleasant to be around for the little bit that they are with us We don’t have time to ask questions.When we get our chance for a bath it is cold also. Some days they don’t have time. We can go days without a bath.
If I could give this nursing home ZERO stars I would !!! This place is a joke , the care they provide is HORRIBLE staff is understaffed and will leave your family members soaking wet all day long and management doesn’t care, sometimes it will be 3 cnas to over 50 residents , management is horrible the DON never introduces herself to new employees, management will sit in the office gossiping about the workers , they tell us we can’t let the water get hot or warm for showers or we will get wrote up !!
