I visited this vape store on February 19th and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff member with brown hair and glasses who assisted me was dismissive and unhelpful when I asked questions about products. I felt rushed and wasn’t given clear information before making a purchase. Customer service is really important to me, so this experience was frustrating. I hope management can address this and improve how customers are treated.

Refuse to lock their dumpster even though they have had repeated warnings about their dumpster being rummaged through, contributing to the massive amount of litter in this town. i contacted the manager about this and was met with a "its not my problem" attitude. Dumpster is never locked and the back alley if FULL of garbage from vape boxes. Way to go!

Came into crown Vapor for some vape juice as I’m from bc and forgot my juice and the girl in the store with black hair was VERY helpful and actually kinda rude to her PAYING customer. Felt almost attacked dirty looks didn’t know her stock and didn’t understand how to do a split tender.
