After doing business with them for 13 years, they treat you with no respect. All our small business wanted to do was adjust our towel supply and they respond with breach of contract. Shameful. Think twice before signing anything with them. They tricked our employee to sign this contract.

WHAT A SHAMEFUL COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH... They'll sweet talk you into a trial period by sneaking in the hidden binding long term contract. Then, it's really shocking that they'll just hold a customer hostage for another full 12 months just because the contract wasn't cancelled at full 30 days before the next 12 months is over... its a shame to our country for this company to operate within its territory !
