I rented a car from this company two weeks ago and the experience was wonderful. I now understand that "bigger" does not necessarily mean "better". Because they are somewhat smaller and family owned, they treated me very good, as the customer service was probably the greatest I have ever received. It's a good rental company with good service, good cars and they always have a car if you need one I really recommend it. Will use again. Great rental agency, loved their flexibility.
