A shambles insured my breakables but my wooden headboard and TV cabinet was damaged as was a fruit bowl was smashed a foot missing from my heater and they tried to blame it on rough seas I blame it on not being wrapped and packaged properly and as a result it was their negligence and they do not want nothing to do with it now please buyer beware do not use them my moving manager was terrible also would never recommend them to anyone
The worst removalists I've dealt with. Moved from Sydney to Perth. They repacked all of belongings from a shipping container at the pickup location to 8ft box crates in the depot and in the process destroyed personal effects and caused thousands of dollars of damage. No apology, no compensation, no care in the world at all. Would never recommend them to anyone.
Was quoted $6000 and ended up paying nearly $8000 even though he quoted twice !! Feels like got under quoted to get the job then just slap $1500 on us on the day of removal when there’s nothing we can do about, absolutely disgusted will not recommend to anyone
Crown has been exceptional for me. Quick response and turnaround. Hassel free and special thanks to Nadine Dayawan for her impeccable prompt actions. All issues (minor) encountered were essentially non-issues as they were actioned immediately by Nadine. Highly recommended company and will use them again for my future relocation.
I cannot put into enough words how wonderful Michael Jury at Crown has been from the first day he visited us to do a quote and the numerous subsequent visits he made to ensure we had calculated exactly what we needed and everything was correct. The packing crew were exceptional and the pick up crew the following day the same. They all worked so hard and lovely.
