We received the shipment and a lot of our things were damaged, my son has a pop collection he has looked after his dead grandad bought him most of them, over 18 were damaged, some things that were in my family for generation broken. They packed heavy things on breakables. The packing was really careless. There was no point in Us paying for them to come over broken. I emailed with photos about it twice they said it was forwarded on to the right department the. Never heard back. It’s not good enough.

I contacted Crown twice through there online system to get a price for an international move, as I have used them before. I got 2 automated messages saying that someone will contact me. However 2 weeks later and after I also left a voicemail, still haven’t heard from anyone. When a service relies on positive comms it doesn’t really give you confidence in the service.

A shambles insured my breakables but my wooden headboard and TV cabinet was damaged as was a fruit bowl was smashed a foot missing from my heater and they tried to blame it on rough seas I blame it on not being wrapped and packaged properly and as a result it was their negligence and they do not want nothing to do with it now please buyer beware do not use them my moving manager was terrible also would never recommend them to anyone
