I would caution against sending your loved ones here. The level of care is subpar. My father's room is not cleaned to a normal standard, his nails and hair have not been attended to. Despite being in full care, they struggle to do the minimum, such as ensuring his room is clean and his nails are cut. When sending mail, Rachael van Gorp stated that ALL mail to my father must be signed for; tracking is not enough. Regular mail seems to arrive, but care packages do not.
