Bought item from the on eBay. Returned item unopened and unused, but seller claimed it was defective and only refunded 50%. I tried to resolve the issue through messages, but the seller refused to help and told me to contact eBay. eBay resolved it, but overall a very poor experience. Would not recommend this seller.
There’s not enough stars to give this place. I need to start off with saying that Vic is absolutely amazing! I trust him immensely and Love how he always has excellent customer service when I see him. Just a great business to go to especially if Vic is working. Highly recommend
Not really like the TV show, much better. Friendly, professional, and patient Customer Service. Great location and hours. Stopped in for a watch repair and found another great deal while browsing quite a variety of valuable items. I’ll be back again.
I had a terrible experience at Crown Pawn. The guy there was totally prejudiced. He judged everything I brought in before I even walked in the door. When I showed him my gaming and podcast microphone, he said, 'Oh, aren't these the very cheap ones?' I should've known then he was off. I ignored it, but things just got worse from there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Very good place and very reasonable prices. They help u with kindness and respect. 🙏
