I purchased their farmers cheese in a European market in Orange County CA. This was my first but not the last time. I was brought back to my youth when my Polish mom used farmers cheese in many meals. I used it with scrambled eggs, gouda cheese and bacon. It was just incredibly delicious and I used it every day until none left. I have to get more and will make my 66 mile trek to the Polish market asap. I have already planned to use it in different recipes.
