Initially I had a fair experience with Dawn in the pre-approval process which took months. Dawn is extremely busy and had some challenge staying on track and keeping me informed. Sadly, Dawn did not take any accountability for her lack of communication and called me without properly informing me she was going to have her coworker on a three-way call. Working with Archie and Karena through a tough home buying market was a pleasure. They were attentive and quick to respond when needed and offered creative solutions for the next offer when my bids were rejected. They kept things stress free moving to closing. I hope I don't need to buy another house again soon, but will definitely be in touch with them about refinancing options in the future as rates come down. Archie and his team have been so wonderful to work with! They’re responsive and answer any questions you may have. As a first one home buyer I asked a lot and I never felt like I was a burden. They always took the time to explain everything to me. I would recommend them to anyone purchasing a home.
