Karen was amazing. Although they weren't offering the best rate around, I was able to choose my denominations and have what I needed in the one visit!
Be careful and compare rates. I just bought Singapore dollars, Crowns rate was .72. I could have ordered through Commonwealth Bank and got a rate of .81, that cost me almost $100 more in Aussie dollars, I've learned the hard way. Crown did have Sri Lankan currency where CBA doesn't. It would be nice if Crown displayed their rates online rather than having to rely on a call back.
