Really disappointed with this experience. I exchanged $1,000 AUD for Korean won and only afterwards realised just how poor the exchange rate I had been given was. I returned and asked if the transaction could simply be reversed so I could have my Australian dollars back. They refused and instead only offered a small amount of additional KRW.
