Absolute RIP OFF DO NOT USE THIS STORE , They ripped me off by me exchanging $196 AUD for 2,400,000 Vietnamese Dong claiming the rate was 12.23 when in reality it was Nearer to 17 at the time .I thought it was a genuine mistake until I returned to the shop and was given a tirent of abuse saying its the Retail rate , i have worked all over the world for MAJOR BRANDED HOTELS who lets be fair take a big cut , but you expect it at a hotel but never over 35% !!!!!
