Staff were very friendly, however wouldn’t initially give a AUD-JPY rate initially, but tried to sell at a lump amount which was 4c less than competitors in the area. When I said no that I would go elsewhere, they priced matched the competitors to the higher rate. I would definitely use Crown Currency exchange again, however do your homework to get the best rates beforehand.
