Modivcare utilizes royal cab to transport patients to & from doctors appointments. There service sucks. If I schedule a pick up a week prior I expect to be picked up at that time not almost and hour later. This is extremely unprofessional.
I reserved a week in advance since I needed someone to pick me up at 4am for the airport. They have 24/7 someone answers the phone. The office confirmed twice and I spoke w the driver the evening before and he called me when he was 30 minutes away. Car was immaculate! If you need a professional driver at reasonable rates this is the company to call. My driver was Walid! Ask for him!
Stay away from this Cab company took taxi from airport to concord it’s 93$ ridiculously expensive Uber is half the price
I just had a crown cab almost hit me while in a turn. He mad an illegal turn cutting me off almost causing a huge accident. I honk at him and then he proceeds to flip me off. Clearly, crown cab hires the worst drivers and people in Charlotte.
