Angels called me at 6:00 a.m. to confirm a ride that was the wrong date she was rude she was unprofessional and sarcastic she is definitely not a good point of contact or first contact for anybody's company and when I told her how rude she was at 6:00 in the morning calling with the wrong information and ask for the owner's name oh she was very nonchalant nevertheless still going to reach out to Nah Cashmary... Her attitude this morning is definitely unacceptable

Driver 820 shouldn’t be a Taxi Driver. I get going the speed limit but impeding traffic is another. Please hire competent drivers because this one nearly caused several accidents today from what I saw.

We were stranded in Charlotte due to flight cancelations and needed to get to our hotel from the airport. It had been a very long and frustrating day, but our driver (#799) was so kind, sincere, funny and just a lovely human being, turned around our crappy day just by being such a kind person. It’s been a while since our trip but I needed to just let everyone know of this persons kindness

Modivcare utilizes royal cab to transport patients to & from doctors appointments. There service sucks. If I schedule a pick up a week prior I expect to be picked up at that time not almost and hour later. This is extremely unprofessional.

I reserved a week in advance since I needed someone to pick me up at 4am for the airport. They have 24/7 someone answers the phone. The office confirmed twice and I spoke w the driver the evening before and he called me when he was 30 minutes away. Car was immaculate! If you need a professional driver at reasonable rates this is the company to call. My driver was Walid! Ask for him!
