I have not a great experience. I order Bees and a bee house. My bees were shipped to me with no Bee house. I contacted them and they sent the bees house but 4 days after I got my bees. I followed the instructions on the bees. When the bee house arrived there were no tubes, I go head and release the bees because at this point it’s been almost 5 days. All the bees were dead except 4. Unfortunately my order arrived damaged but after contacting them they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Would gladly recommend them to anyone.
Their team has been great and responsive and they have LOADS of resources. Their materials are also high quality.
