Steer clear of this company. Communication was lacking throughout the project, installers didn’t install the equipment/brands that were quoted, one component that was represented as new was obviously refurbished/used when installed, and when I pointed all this out to the owner, no action was taken to resolve and no response/explanation was ever provided. I would not use them again for any of my A/V needs.

This company takes forever to get anything done and then when it’s done it’s still not all the way finished and does not work like it’s supposed to. Have had to call them many times to complete the same project. They still owe us parts and haven’t completed the project that was signed and paid for and it’s been months and months. Can’t get a reply back anymore about finishing the job. I would not recommend using this company.

I've been trying to get ahold of someone at this company and it seems like either they're not operating anymore because no one is answering the phone calls or emails? Update: After leaving this review I was contacted to get our automatic blinds fixed. They got the job done quickly and was able to resolve the miscommunication with the owners. Thank you!

They lie and ghost you when you call and ask for updates. PLEASE PLEASE BUY YOUR EQUIPMENT AND INSTALL ELSEWHERE!!!! ENGAGE AT YOUR OWN RISK! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
