We spent close to $30,000 for an audio and video installation with Crown Audio Video Inc., and it’s been one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. From the start, we requested a Universal Smart Remote system, but they hard-sold us on Control 4 instead – an inferior system that locked us into their proprietary platform, only to nickel and dime us with fees from installation onwards. Hired Crown to setup at the beginning of our new home build, now they refuse to label the cables in our A/V closet making it almost impossible to find what cables belong to what devices for tv, alarm, cameras and speakers, etc. smh
