We had a deeply disappointing experience with Crowley and Cummings during our recent home purchase. While they were supposed to represent our interests, we ended up doing much of the work ourselves — and paying thousands for the seller's breach of contract. We recently worked with Sarah for the sale of our condo, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We submitted all of our closing documents more than three weeks in advance, but just three days before closing, we were told that one of the documents needed to be re-notarized by our condo association trustee. Our trustee was out of town at a work conference, so this last-minute issue caused a major scramble and unexpected costs to get the corrected document overnighted to Boston. I was a first time home buyer working with Andy and his team, specifically Dawn. Very easy to keep in contact with Andy and Dawn via email. They took care of everything that needed to be done and kept me updated along the way. Closing day came and went without a hitch. Easy and straight forward.
