This will be our 5th year filing daycare taxes with Crowell and there are no complaints. Great website and easy to securily share/upload documents. Highly recommend.
I’ve used Crowell taxes for several years and have had a great experience. Last year I thought I had a great idea to use Turbo Tax since the app seemed so convenient and I did not have a positive experience so Alaina with Crowell taxes helped me to fix my problem and was non judgmental when I told her what happened. Highly recommend her!
Great customer service and professional tax preparation. Ignore the negative reviews! After severe health issues they worked through, people were mad to not get absolute immediate replies. I never had ONE issue with responses and answers to my numerous questions. Sad to see people bail out on a wonderful company that helped so many people. Take the time to form your own opinions. You won't be sorry! I have never been! All the stars to them!
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Can't even get ahold to stop automatic payments. Mailbox is full all the time. Have to have bank stop payment!!! Would rate negative stars if possible.
