It’s been over a year since my case has been opened and they also won’t answer their phones. I find this very unprofessional.
Would answer everytime we called until we signed the paperwork for mo they payments. Have called past 3 weeks no answer. Left messages haven't gotten a phone call back. We have no idea what is going on with our case. Absolutely fustrating.
